RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return a non-personalized watch if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all packaging and labels.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Personalized watches, which may include engravings and other specific customizations, are not eligible for returns or refunds for obvious reasons related to their unique nature.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us by WhatsApp or email at contact@proseiko.com with your order number and product details. Please clearly explain the reasons for the return so that we can best assist you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or in the form of store credit, depending on your initial choice during purchase.
TRADES
We only replace items if they have manufacturing defects. If you need to exchange a defective product, please follow the same process as for a return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your watch arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will cover the return costs and send you a replacement watch at our expense.
