Delivery delay

We generally need a week to assemble a watch, depending on the volume of orders.

After shipment, the watch is delivered to you within 5 to 8 days.

In total, you can expect to receive your personalized watch within 10 to 18 days.


Order returns

If you have any problems with your watch, you have 30 days to return your watch to us from the delivery date.
Reimbursement is made within 5 to 7 working days.

Watches personalized at the customer's request are not covered by this guarantee.

Likewise, errors in the choice of model or options are not covered by the return guarantee.

Our teams assemble each part by hand and we do not aim to stock as this would increase our management costs, which would push us to increase our prices.
