Our watches are designed to handle everyday water exposure — like splashes, hand washing, or rain. However, we don’t recommend wearing them while swimming or diving.

Several factors can affect water resistance, such as an unscrewed crown, sudden immersion, or temperature changes.

If you need a truly waterproof watch for aquatic activities, please let us know before ordering. Our workshop in Paris can install reinforced seals. This service may extend the delivery time by 1 to 2 weeks, bringing the total to 3 to 4 weeks.

Finally, please note that any markings on the dial are purely aesthetic and do not indicate the actual water resistance level of the watch.

We typically need about one week to assemble a watch, depending on order volume. Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 days.

There is a short window between placing your order and when it begins processing. If you contact us immediately by email after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it’s processed. Otherwise, once the order is shipped, you’ll still have the option to return it.

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is intact, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there is an issue with delivery or if your package arrives damaged. This policy applies to non-customized watches. The most suitable return address will be provided upon request.
